La música fue compuesta por Michiru Yamane , Masahiko Kimura (Dawn of Sorrow), Koshiro Yuzo (Portrait of Ruin) y Yasuhiro Ichihashi (Order of Ecclesia) y organizado por Yasuhiro Ichihashi, Miura Norikazu, Fujimori Sota, Hirono Tomoaki, Atsushi Sato, Nobuyuki Akena, Yasuhisa Ito y Furusawa Toshihisa. Contiene temas originales y arreglos de muchos de los varios juegos de Castlevania.
